WV COVID Update & Stats for September 19, 2022 (WV DHHR) – There have been three deaths reported since the last report on Friday, Sept. 19,2022, with a total of 7,367 deaths attributed to COVID-19. There are currently 1,850 active COVID-19 cases statewide. DHHR has confirmed the deaths of an 83-year old male from Wood County, a 43-year old male from Mercer County, and a 75-year old female from Monongalia County.
