WV Weekly COVID Update for September 13, 2023 (WV DHHR) - there have been five deaths reported since last week's dashboard update, with a total of 8,188 deaths attributed to COVID-19. DHHR has confirmed the deaths of an 84-year old male from Boone County, a 77-year old male from Jackson County, a 71-year old male from Mineral County, a 67-year old male from Brooke County, and an 84-year old female from Harrison County.
