WV flooding: FEMA Major Disaster Declaration for four counties so far, other counties still under consideration  (Williamson Daily News) – article states: Other counties in the request — Boone, Cabell, Greenbrier, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Raleigh, Summers and Wayne — still remain under consideration by FEMA, according to a news release from Morrisey's office.
