Biden to unveil national COVID strategy (CBS News) Some of the items the plan calls for will be to

· prioritize supplies that could cause bottlenecks and potentially using the DPA to produce glass vials, stoppers, syringes [and] needles.

· expand testing and vaccine availability,

· reopen the majority of schools in the next 100 days,

· administer 100 million vaccine doses by the end of April,

· Reimburse schools for PPE, and for

· FEMA to increase state reimbursement for National Guard from 75% to 100%.
