FEMA assistance registration now open for five counties impacted by August 2023 flooding  (WCHS-TV) – Residents of Boone, Calhoun, Clay, Harrison, and Kanawha counties are eligible to apply for assistance from FEMA to help with their costs for damage and losses caused by the Aug. 28-30, 2023 flood.
