WV Daily COVID Update & Stats for August 30, 2022 – There are currently 3,077 active COVID-19 cases statewide. There have been three deaths reported since the last report, with a total of 7,277 deaths attributed to COVID-19. DHHR has confirmed the deaths of a 95-year old female from Hancock County, a 63-year old male from Berkeley County, and a 58-year old female from Taylor County.
