Residents who were impacted by August 16-18 Storms, are urged to report their damage online at: WV Damage Assessment Survey . Things to note:
- You’ll need your 911 address and can include photos of the damage, if available.
- If you need help completing the survey, contact 211 between 8:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m., or contact your county’s emergency manager.
- Officials stress that the survey is not an application for financial assistance.
- The information is being collected to assess the overall impact of the storm, and counties will be notified if financial assistance becomes available.
