WV Daily COVID Update & Stats for October 28, 2022 (WV DHHR) – There has been one death reported since the last report, with a total of 7,514 deaths attributed to COVID-19. There are currently 817 active COVID-19 cases statewide.  DHHR has confirmed the death of a 92-year old male from Jefferson County.
